Delivery Information
Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched the next working day (Monday–Friday).
Shipping Method: We send all parcels via Royal Mail First Class for fast and reliable delivery.
Delivery Time: Please allow 1–3 working days for your order to arrive once dispatched. Subject to Royal Mail.
Delivery Area: We currently deliver within the UK.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it to us subject to the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened grooming products.
Customers are responsible for the return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.
How to Return an Item
Contact us at ian@attitudemenshair.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide the return address and instructions.
Send the item back securely packaged. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the parcel/item(s).
Once received, we’ll process your refund or exchange if it meets our requirements.
