NVQ Barber Courses at Attitude Men’s Hair ACADEMY

  • No prior experience is required. Our courses are designed to take beginners through the fundamentals while also providing advanced training for those with some background in hairdressing.

  • You’ll work towards an NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 Barbering qualification, recognised across the UK, equipping you with professional skills to start your career.

  • Course length depends on your level. Typically, NVQ Level 2 runs between 6–9 months, while NVQ Level 3 is an additional 6 months. Flexible training schedules may also be available.

  • Courses are led by Ian Harrold, Lead Educator for American Crew UK and owner of Attitude Men’s Hair. Ian brings years of salon experience and international recognition.

  • The Attitude Men’s Hair Academy is located in Mossley Hill, Liverpool — easily accessible by train, bus, and car.

  • Graduates of the Academy have gone on to work in established barbershops, start their own businesses, and even progress into education and product training roles.
